Engineering Capabilities

Our plastic engineering staff has total responsibility for contract manufacturing to our customers' specs, from mold design to the finished product.

Our CAD capabilities include:

• SolidWorks
• Pro Engineer
• Mold flow software from C - Mold

We electronically accept native files in these CAD packages or as IGES files via our FTP site. This easy-to-use, browser-based site gives us the ability to transmit and receive large engineering drawings and files.

The Reiss plastic engineering group also relies on:

• Fastsurf for Windows, Version 97, capable of advanced surfacing and color rendering
• Hewlett Packard Design Jet 450C Plotter, capable of drawing files up to 36"x72" sheet size
